The project required rigorous compliance with USDA and FDA cold chain storage regulations, heavy forklift traffic resilience, and energy-conscious condenser units capable of sustaining performance during 105°F Houston summer heatwaves.

• Custom-engineered 4-inch and 6-inch polyisocyanurate insulating panel envelope.
• Redundant dual-compressor condensing rack system to prevent catastrophic downtime.
• Microprocessor digital defrost sequencing reducing peak electrical power draw.
• Rapid-roll thermal insulated overhead doors with heated frame gaskets.

Project Results

The installation was completed within 3 weeks, 4 days ahead of the client's grand opening deadline. The facility has maintained continuous temperature compliance with zero temperature variance alarms.
